Oil Heater I Want To Buy A House That Is Currently Using Oil Heater In Brooklyn, Ny. Is It Expensive To Change To Gas?

I want to buy a house that is currently using oil heater in Brooklyn, ny. Is it expensive to change to gas? - oil heater

This is a 2-family house in Brooklyn, NY, with heating oil. I intend to rent the two devices, but I am not responsible for the heating and hot water, because I can not use the level of scrutiny by the tenants because they do not live in it. Also, I heard oil is more expensive than gas. Well, I do not think that you are using oil-meter. Therefore, I intend to change the oil in the tank, so I can have a counter for each family so that they can pay each month and share Keyspan. I've heard that the gas conversion is very expensive. Can someone me a few tips that are best for this situation? Thank you very much!
