If you aren't using the robot for a long period of time, it is normal for it to run for shorter run times at first. Reset the robot, allow it to charge fully, then run it until the battery is exhausted. Repeat this cycling 3-4 times and the robot should run longer.
How long have you had. It seems that the battery does not charge. I'm 415 and I have no problem with the load. If you had less than a year I would be the production, perhaps you should mention the battery.
