Infrared Gas Detector How Greenhouse Gases Store Infrared Energy?

How greenhouse gases store infrared energy? - infrared gas detector

CO2, methane and other greenhouse gases move called greenhouse effect. How to keep warm? It changes the bond angle infrared at a stroke?

People seem to really understand how a greenhouse. A green home does not "trap" of radiant heat, radiant energy can escape entered the same way: through the window.
A trap greenhouse gases heat by convection. A portion of the radiant energy warms the surface of objects inside the greenhouse. This energy leads to an increase in temperature within the facility, and against some of the thermal radiation outside. The heated air in contact with the object that is lighter and rises to the surface of the greenhouse effect. Since the air can not escape into the atmosphere, the air temperature increases in the greenhouse.
The atmosphere of the earth is not a "greenhouse effect". This is a false analogy. Without doing more CO2 trap heat radiating from the window glass.

The light hits the earth and hot surfaces. This rule can radiate heat into the room.
The gas will not let the heat radiate into space. Instead, the heat builds up.
