What's the best way for a working adult to change careers? - telephone answering programs
I answered the phone for a state program for almost 5 years, but I want to change profession. However, I have no transferable skills. I am 29 years old, with a BA in economics, but I will try (in particular networks or Web design) I have no experience in this area, and I'm not good at teaching me. What I want in a certificate from the work of a community college, 2 Degree or a Master? What skills does it succeed?
